[TIPS] Skyrim: Dwarven vs. Orcish armors and weapons

Dwarven weapons are better than Orcish weapons.
Orcish armor is better than Dwarvish armor.

Why this is the case I have no idea- in most fiction, it would be reversed (Orcs being more focused on attack than defense).
